Shipping Policy
We ship daily across Canada and USA. Deliveries are shipped through Canada Post and local delivery companies. Expedited shipping insured and tracking available at no extra charge.
Returns & Exchanges
All returned merchandise must be unregistered, in complete original manufacturer’s packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions, documentation and blank warranty cards within 15 days. Otherwise a 15% restocking fee will apply. *Special orders 15% restocking fee applies. Special products are not listed on our website.
Damaged Returns
Our Shipping Team makes every effort to prevent shipping damages. However, if your package appears damaged, PLEASE DO NOT OPEN IT, please contact supon@suponvoice.com or call 905-479-9245 or 1-855-307-8766 . Who will, in turn, instruct you to the proper procedure.
Our Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, Supon Voice will gladly give you a full refund or exchange. Simply return the product within 15 days with original packaging and manuals. The buyer is responsible for the delivery charge if not satisfied with the product and returns the product within 15 days. We ship through Canada Post and we can provide the exact shipping charge if needed. A 15% restocking fee will apply if missing any original components or if the equipment suffers any damage. If we ship the wrong product we pay for shipping both ways.
We also reserve the right to login to your computer to remove software and license before issuing a refund. We request login to remove license keys for resale.
Shipping Errors
In case of shipping errors: If the item you’ve received in your package is different then the item you ordered, make sure not to open the inside packaging please contact us at supon@suponvoice.com or 905-479-9245 or 1-855-307-8766 and give us your order number. We will verify and direct you on how to handle this return and replacement.
Defective Items
All items that we sell come with a valid warranty from the manufacture. We offer a replacement policy for any product up to 15 days from the invoice date on your order. Items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same or manufacturer’s equivalent model only. All returns must be freight prepaid; the replacement will be shipped out freight free to you.
No Returns on
• Blister-packed items once opened.
• Special Order merchandise.
• Printers once ink cartridges are installed.
• All consumables, including but not limited to record able media, film, digital memory, tapes, batteries, paper, chemicals, ink, CD/DVDs, etc.
*We do not return delivery fees.
Warranties
Supon Voice, supports the products it sells, through the manufacturers supplied warranties. The complete warranty is included with the product; warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. We are an authorized Nuance, Philips and Olympus Dictation Partner. We will handle all warranties directly.
Lost Dictation
* Supon Voice does not take responsibility for lost dictation or transcription. We provide training and we provide professional support. Please take advantage of our training sessions.
