Headset not connecting – We will check your headsets to see why they aren’t working.

Lost voice files – Sometimes it’s hiding in a folder, that you don’t know about.

We do not act as a computer company.  We support our products and require computer support staff who manage your computers at times. All users and support staff can call us directly for unlimited support.

Free estimates on defective equipment.  We repair digital recorders and transcription equipment.  Parts and labor extra.
